Every $399 design visit ends with a written design specification that is yours to keep. Below is a sample of that document, prepared for a representative Sunshine Coast home. Client details and pricing have been removed; everything else is what you get.
Your document is written for your home, from your bills, your roof and your switchboard. The fixed-price quote for the exact system designed comes with it.

This home runs two-thirds of its power in the evening and overnight, which is exactly the load a battery exists to carry. The design brief that follows from the numbers: cover the daytime loads with solar, shift the evening peak onto stored energy, and leave headroom for the EV.

The west array is deliberate: it keeps generation up through the late afternoon when this household's usage climbs, which matters more here than squeezing peak midday output. Panel oversizing sits within the inverter manufacturer's hybrid guidelines. Brand selection is made with you across the systems we install: Sigenergy, Fox ESS, GoodWe and Sungrow.

Switchboard and supply
Main switch 63 A on single-phase supply, with capacity confirmed for the inverter and EV charging. The board needs four spare poles and a minor tidy to take the backup gateway; both are included in the installation quote so there are no surprises on the day. No asbestos panel present.
