- Non-standard roofs, tilt frames, difficult access or additional cabling are extra
- DNSP / export limitation works are extra if required (13.3kW arrays are subject to network approval and may be export limited)
- The DC EV charging module is an optional extra, quoted per site

What makes the SigenStor different from a normal inverter and battery?
It is five products in one stack: hybrid inverter, battery power conversion, the battery modules themselves, an energy management system and, optionally, a DC EV fast charging module. The modules click together pin-to-pin with no external cables, so the finished install is a single clean tower.
Can it really charge my EV from solar?
Yes, with the optional DC charging module the SigenStor can fast-charge an EV directly from your solar and battery on DC, which is more efficient than going through a separate AC charger. If you have or are planning an EV, this is the tidiest way to bring it into your home energy system.
How big can the battery go?
SigenStor stacks 8kWh modules (7.8kWh usable each) up to 48kWh in a single tower, and multiple towers can run in parallel. We size it to your actual usage at the site assessment.
Does it work for three phase homes?
Yes, Sigenergy has both single phase and three phase versions, and the three phase units are a strong pick for larger homes, ducted air conditioning and workshops. We confirm the right configuration for your supply as part of the quote.
Is it rebate eligible?
Yes. SigenStor is CEC approved and our installs are signed off by our SAA accredited installer, so eligible solar STCs and the federal battery rebate are applied up front in your written quote.
What warranties come with it?
Sigenergy covers the battery modules with a 10-year warranty, the Trina Vertex S+ panels carry a 25-year product and 30-year performance warranty, and our installation work is covered by our lifetime workmanship warranty (conditions apply, see our Terms).
