Daniel Carmont
Nuvolt Electrical Solutions was founded by Daniel Carmont, a licensed electrical contractor and SAA accredited solar installer with years of hands on experience in the electrical and renewable energy industry. After working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Queensland, Daniel started Nuvolt to build a business focused on doing things properly. Quality components, compliant workmanship, and honest communication.
As a qualified electrician with a deep understanding of Australian wiring standards (AS/NZS 3000), solar PV installation standards (AS/NZS 5033), and battery storage standards (AS/NZS 5139), every system designed and installed by Nuvolt meets or exceeds industry requirements. Daniel holds a current QLD electrical contractor licence (Lic# 92489) and is accredited with Solar Accreditation Australia (S6093214) to design and install both grid connected solar and grid connected battery systems, and Nuvolt is a member of Master Electricians Australia.
Nuvolt isn't a call centre or a sales driven franchise. When you work with us, you're working directly with the person who will design, install, and stand behind your system. That hands on approach is what sets us apart and ensures every customer gets the attention and quality they deserve.

Our story
Daniel Carmont started Nuvolt to build an electrical business that does things properly, and it still runs that way. The person who quotes your job is the licensed contractor responsible for it.
We work out of a workshop in Nambour, across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We have worked on hundreds of properties here, from rural homesteads to new suburban builds, and we allow for what salt air and humidity do to switchboards and outdoor fittings.
Australian owned and operated, with a local crew on the Sunshine Coast and no overseas call centres. When you ring, you talk to the people who do the work.

The licensed electrician who quotes your job is the one who does it. No sales reps, no call centre, and no one handing your job to a stranger.
A written price before we start
Your quote is in writing before any work begins, confirmed from your photos or at a paid visit if one is needed. If something changes, you see the new price before you decide.
Sized to your home, not the rebate
Brand and size are chosen for your roof, your usage and your budget. We will talk you out of a bigger system when a smaller one does the job.
Tested and certified when it is done
Every job is built to AS/NZS 3000 and the standards for the gear involved, tested, and certified by a licensed electrician before we leave.
Industry Accredited
Every one of these is checkable. Licence number, accreditation number and the classes it covers, all in writing, so you are not taking our word for it.
SAA Accredited: Solar Design & Install
Daniel Carmont is accredited with Solar Accreditation Australia for Grid Connected Photovoltaic Systems (GCPV), Design & Install (Full). Accreditation S6093214, held since 28 March 2025.
SAA Accredited: Battery Design & Install
The same accreditation covers Grid Connected Battery Systems (GCBS), Design & Install (Full), held since 29 October 2025. A home battery has to be designed and signed off by an installer accredited in this class before the federal battery rebate can be claimed on it.
Master Electricians Australia Member
Nuvolt is a member of Master Electricians Australia, member number 23598. Membership means holding to the industry body's code of ethics, its safety and workmanship standards, and ongoing professional development, all above the legal minimum.
Fully Licensed & Insured
All work is carried out by licensed electricians with comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Lic# 92489.
