Sunshine Coast
This is our patch. On the Sunshine Coast we do all electrical work (residential, commercial & industrial) as well as solar & battery and same-day emergency callouts within about 40km of our bases. We work out of our workshop at 19/20 Brookes St, Nambour, plus a second base in the new Aura precinct at Caloundra South, so homes from Caloundra and Aura right up to Noosa are covered by a local, not a truck passing through.

Caloundra
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Caloundra is two housing markets in one postcode, and the electrical work splits the same way. The older beachside pockets around Kings Beach, Moffat Beach and Dicky Beach still hold homes built well before safety switches were mandatory, where salt air has been working on the switchboard and the outdoor isolators for decades. Then there are the newer estates inland, including the Aura precinct at Caloundra South, where the board is already modern and the job is adding a battery or an EV charger rather than fixing the bones first. We work across both every week, so the quote you get reflects which one you have.
Caloundra electricians →Golden Beach
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Golden Beach sits right on Pumicestone Passage, and being that close to salt water shows up in the electrical work. We regularly find corroded switchboard terminals and seized outdoor isolators on the original low-set beach houses along here, many of which still run boards from an era when a single safety switch, or none at all, was normal. Alongside them are the knock-down rebuilds and renovated homes where the wiring is new and the owner is after a battery, backup power or a charger in the garage. Plenty of Golden Beach owners are also here for the long haul rather than flipping, which is why batteries get a serious look on this side of Caloundra: a stable power bill matters more than a quick payback.
Golden Beach electricians →Aura
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Aura is the Stockland community being built at Caloundra South, spanning around 2,310 hectares across Baringa, Nirimba, Banya and Galgalba, with roughly 20,000 homes planned over about twenty years. For electrical work that makes it the opposite of the older Caloundra streets. The switchboard is already modern with safety switches throughout, so there is usually nothing to fix before you add anything. What we mostly do out here is add the things the builder left out: a battery behind an existing small solar system, backup power, a proper charger in the garage instead of a power point, ceiling fans, extra points and outdoor and alfresco power. Blocks are compact, which is actually in your favour on price, because the run from the switchboard to where the gear goes is usually short.
Aura electricians →Kawana
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Kawana runs the coastal strip from Buddina down to Wurtulla, and it packs three very different kinds of electrical work into one stretch. The canal homes around Kawana Island, Parrearra and Minyama sit right on salt water, where boards, outdoor isolators and pontoon power all age faster than they would inland. The original beach houses through Warana and Wurtulla often still carry switchboards from before safety switches were standard. And then there is the new end: Birtinya and Bokarina Beach, where the home is modern and the job is a battery, an EV charger or the outdoor power the builder left out. We cover the whole strip on the same run.
Kawana electricians →Currimundi
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Currimundi is mostly established family homes from the 70s through the 90s, gathered around the lake and running back from Currimundi Beach through Battery Hill and Aroona. That vintage is exactly the era where switchboards start to show their age: partial safety-switch coverage, no room for new circuits, and salt-affected connections this close to the water. It is also prime territory for adding solar and a battery, because these are homes people stay in. We are across Currimundi every week on the same 4551 run as Caloundra and Golden Beach.
Currimundi electricians →Pelican Waters
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Pelican Waters is the master-planned canal estate at the southern end of Caloundra, and its homes are a different proposition to the older beach streets nearby: large, modern, and already wired to current standards. The work here is rarely about fixing the bones. It is batteries big enough to run a serious household through the evening, EV chargers in three-car garages, pontoon and jetty power on the canals, and outdoor and pool electrical done properly. Modern switchboards make most of it straightforward, which shows up in the quote.
Pelican Waters electricians →Caboolture
Moreton Bay, QLD
Caboolture has a high mix of older homes with outdated switchboards and porcelain fuses. We specialise in safe-rewire upgrades, ceiling-fan installs, and full-home solar conversions. Our team covers Caboolture, Morayfield and Burpengary daily.
Caboolture electricians →Nanango
South Burnett, QLD
Nanango and the South Burnett are prime ground for off-grid and hybrid solar. With grid-export limits and longer outages, battery storage delivers a faster payback here than coastal areas. We design and install hybrid and off-grid systems tuned to rural property loads.
Nanango electricians →Kingaroy
South Burnett, QLD
Kingaroy is the heart of the South Burnett, and its mix of town homes, rural blocks and farm sheds suits battery storage better than almost anywhere on the coast. Longer outages and export limits mean a hybrid or off-grid system pays for itself faster here. We design for real rural loads, from bore pumps to workshop three-phase.
Kingaroy electricians →Hervey Bay
Fraser Coast, QLD
Hervey Bay has one of the highest solar uptakes in Queensland, and plenty of those early systems are now due for an upgrade or a battery retrofit. We install modern hybrid inverters and batteries that make the most of existing panels, plus EV chargers and switchboard upgrades for the region's newer estates.
Hervey Bay electricians →Maroochydore
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Maroochydore is the commercial heart of the Sunshine Coast, and the electrical work here is as mixed as the streets: apartment towers and holiday units along the river and the beachfront, established brick and timber homes west of the CBD, new townhouses around the Maroochydore city centre, and the shops and offices that keep the CBD running. We do all of it, from body corporate smoke alarm compliance to switchboard upgrades, commercial fitouts, solar, batteries and EV chargers, about 20 minutes from our Nambour workshop.
Maroochydore electricians →Noosa
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Noosa runs from the Hastings Street end of Noosa Heads through Sunshine Beach and Noosaville to Tewantin and the hinterland villages, and the homes range from architect-designed beach houses to riverfront units and older family homes on the streets behind. The electrical work follows: lighting and power designed to suit the architecture, solar and batteries sized for larger homes, EV chargers, pool and outdoor power, and the smoke alarm and safety switch compliance that keeps holiday lets trading. We are about 35 to 40 minutes from our Nambour workshop and in the Noosa area most weeks.
Noosa electricians →Brisbane Northside
Brisbane, QLD
Brisbane's northside is our biggest run outside the Sunshine Coast. It stretches from Chermside, Aspley and Stafford out through Albany Creek, Strathpine and Petrie to Kallangur, North Lakes, Redcliffe and Deception Bay, and up to Caboolture, and we come down the Bruce Highway from our Nambour workshop for booked work across the lot. The housing is a real mix: post-war and 60s homes on the inner northside where switchboard upgrades and meter board splits are constant, 70s and 80s brick in the Pine Rivers suburbs, and the new estates around North Lakes and Mango Hill where the board is fine and the job is a battery or a charger. Solar and battery systems sized to the household, EV chargers of any brand on single or three phase, switchboard and compliance work, and commercial electrical around the Brendale, Northgate and Virginia industrial areas are what we do here most.
Brisbane Northside electricians →North Lakes
Moreton Bay, QLD
North Lakes is a fast growing family area where new builds and established homes alike are moving to solar, batteries and EV charging. We install 10kW and larger solar systems, home batteries and EV chargers, and handle the switchboard upgrades that bigger systems need, sized to your real usage rather than the biggest system a rebate allows. We cover North Lakes, Mango Hill and Griffin for solar, battery and project electrical work.
North Lakes electricians →Chermside
Brisbane, QLD
Chermside and the surrounding northside suburbs mix post war homes, unit blocks and busy retail strips. That means plenty of switchboard upgrades, meter splits and 10kW and larger solar with batteries as households electrify. We install solar, battery storage and EV chargers, and take on larger residential and commercial electrical across the Chermside area.
Chermside electricians →Redcliffe
Moreton Bay, QLD
Redcliffe is a coastal peninsula, so salt air and older housing make component choice and switchboard condition matter. We install marine rated solar mounting, tier 1 panels and home batteries built for the conditions, plus switchboard upgrades and EV chargers. We cover Redcliffe, Scarborough and Margate for solar, battery and project electrical.
Redcliffe electricians →Albany Creek
Moreton Bay, QLD
Albany Creek is an established family area of larger homes with room for bigger solar systems and batteries. We design and install 10kW and larger solar, home battery backup and EV chargers, and handle the switchboard upgrades that larger systems often need. We cover Albany Creek, Eatons Hill and Bridgeman Downs for solar, battery and project electrical.
Albany Creek electricians →Mooloolaba
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Mooloolaba runs from the beachfront apartments and holiday lets back through the canal homes of Minyama and Mountain Creek. Salt air is hard on switchboards and outdoor isolators here, holiday lets need compliant smoke alarms and safety switches between guests, and canal-front homes are adding batteries for blackout protection. We are about 25 minutes down the road from our Nambour workshop.
Mooloolaba electricians →Buderim
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Buderim's established homes on the plateau have big roofs and big blocks, which suits larger solar arrays and batteries, but many still run switchboards from the 70s and 80s that need upgrading first. The tree cover that makes Buderim leafy also shades roofs, so panel layout and inverter choice matter more here than in a new estate. We design around real shade, not a satellite guess.
Buderim electricians →Nambour
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Nambour is home base: our office and workshop are at 19/20 Brookes Street, and locals are welcome to call in. Nambour also has some of the oldest housing stock on the Sunshine Coast, from workers cottages to mid-century brick, and we still find ceramic fuses and rubber-insulated wiring in local roofs. That makes safety checks, rewires and switchboard upgrades the bread and butter here, with solar and batteries following once the bones are safe. Being based in town makes Nambour our fastest-response suburb.
Nambour electricians →Palmwoods
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Palmwoods mixes village streets with acreage properties, and both feel hinterland storms first: trees over lines mean more outages than the coast gets. That is why battery backup is the most asked-about job here, alongside shed wiring, pumps and switchboard upgrades on older homes. We recently completed a hybrid switchboard upgrade with backup circuits in neighbouring Woombye, and this corridor is part of our weekly run.
Palmwoods electricians →Maleny
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Up on the Blackall Range, Maleny properties deal with more storms, more outages and cooler, wetter conditions than the coast. Acreage homes and small farms here ask us for battery backup, off-grid and hybrid designs, and rural wiring: sheds, dairies, pumps and long underground runs. It is exactly the work our off-grid design experience is built for, about 35 minutes up the range from our Nambour workshop.
Maleny electricians →Beerwah
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Beerwah and the Glass House Mountains corridor are growing fast, with new estates alongside older homes and acreage blocks. We are about half an hour away at our Nambour workshop, an easy run down Steve Irwin Way for callouts, safety checks and quotes. Solar and batteries do well here on larger new-estate roofs, and older homes along Old Gympie Road country often need switchboard upgrades first.
Beerwah electricians →Strathpine
Moreton Bay, QLD
Strathpine is the centre of the old Pine Rivers district, and most of its streets are solid 70s and 80s brick and tile homes on decent blocks, with older weatherboard houses toward Lawnton and Bray Park and newer townhouses around the station and Strathpine Centre. For electrical work that mix means two things turn up again and again: original switchboards that predate safety switches on every circuit, and solar systems from the first big wave of rooftop installs that are now old enough to fault. We come down the Bruce Highway from our Nambour workshop for booked work, grouping Strathpine with Bray Park, Lawnton, Warner and Petrie so a job here is a normal run for us rather than a special trip. Solar installs and repairs, home batteries, EV chargers, switchboard upgrades and the commercial and three-phase work around the Brendale industrial estate are the bread and butter.
Strathpine electricians →Kallangur
Moreton Bay, QLD
Kallangur spans older weatherboard and brick homes near Anzac Avenue through to the new estates spilling over from North Lakes and Mango Hill. That mix means two kinds of work: safety-first upgrades on older boards and wiring, and solar, batteries and EV chargers for newer family homes chasing lower bills. We cover Kallangur as part of our regular Moreton Bay run.
Kallangur electricians →Petrie
Moreton Bay, QLD
Petrie is changing quickly around The Mill university precinct, but most of its streets are still established homes from the 60s to the 80s beside the North Pine River. We upgrade the older switchboards, sort safety switch and smoke alarm compliance, and install the solar, batteries and EV chargers that newer arrivals expect, all scheduled as part of our Moreton Bay run.
Petrie electricians →Deception Bay
Moreton Bay, QLD
Deception Bay sits right on the water at the top of the Redcliffe peninsula, so homes here cop the same salt air Redcliffe does, and a lot of the housing stock is older brick and fibro from before modern switchboards were standard. Alongside those original homes are the newer estates spilling in from Rothwell and North Lakes, where the board is already fine and the job is a battery, a charger or extra power. We come down the Bruce Highway from our Nambour workshop for booked work, grouping Deception Bay with Rothwell, Redcliffe, North Lakes and Burpengary on our Moreton Bay run. Safety-first switchboard upgrades, solar sized to the household, batteries added to existing solar, and the corrosion-conscious hardware choices that keep outdoor gear working this close to the bay are the jobs we do here most.
Deception Bay electricians →Aspley
Brisbane, QLD
Aspley's post-war brick and chamferboard homes are steadily being renovated, rebuilt or fitted out with solar, batteries and EV chargers, and the original switchboards rarely survive that transition. We handle the board upgrades, renovation wiring and energy installs across Aspley and Brisbane's northside, scheduled by appointment with fixed-price quotes.
Aspley electricians →Coolum Beach
Sunshine Coast, QLD
Coolum Beach is the main centre of this stretch of coast, and the work covers everything the suburb holds: original beach houses on the hill and back streets where boards and wiring predate modern standards, units and holiday lets along the beachfront needing smoke alarm and safety-switch compliance between guests, newer estates behind the town adding batteries and EV chargers, and the shops and cafes of the esplanade with their fit-out and maintenance work. Salt air is a constant on anything outdoors here. Coolum is about 25 minutes from our Nambour workshop and we are through it most weeks.
