Electrician & Solar Installer in Palmview
Palmview is almost all new: the Harmony master-planned community is filling the suburb with thousands of modern family homes, and the electrical work matches. Switchboards here are current-standard with safety switches throughout, so there is rarely anything to fix before adding what the builder left out: a proper EV charger in the garage instead of a power point, a battery behind a small builder-fitted solar system, ceiling fans, outdoor power and alfresco circuits. Compact blocks keep cable runs short, which works in your favour on price. We are about 20 minutes away at our Nambour workshop, with Palmview on the same run as Sippy Downs.

Palmview electrical FAQs
Our Harmony home came with a small solar system. Can we add a battery?
Usually yes, and it is the most common job we do in Palmview. The question is whether we pair a battery with your existing inverter or fit a hybrid inverter and reuse the panels, and the answer depends on the brand and size of what the builder installed. We check what is actually on your roof before recommending either, because it changes the price.
Is the power point in the garage enough to charge an EV?
It will charge the car, very slowly, and a standard point is not built for hours of sustained load every night. A dedicated wall charger on its own circuit is much faster and the safer arrangement, and on a new Palmview home the modern board and short garage run make it a straightforward fixed-price install.
Do new Palmview homes need any electrical checks?
Generally no, and we will say so rather than sell you one. A near-new home wired to current standards has little for a safety check to find. Where we earn our keep here is adding the things the builder did not include, sized to how your household actually uses power.
