Real Jobs, Shown Properly

Every photo below is our own work on a real customer's home or site. No stock images, no staged installs, and nothing borrowed from a supplier brochure. The full collection is in the gallery.

Nuvolt Electrical electrician beside a 28kWh Fox ESS CQ7 battery, 15kW H3 three phase hybrid inverter and 22kW EV charger in a garage

Sunshine Coast · July 2026

The full home energy package, in one garage

  • 28kWh Fox ESS CQ7 battery
  • 15kW H3 three phase hybrid inverter
  • 22kW three phase EV charger

This is the whole job in one room: a 28kWh Fox ESS CQ7 battery stack, a 15kW Fox ESS H3 three phase hybrid inverter and a 22kW three phase EV charger, installed, labelled and commissioned together as one system.

Doing it as a single install is the point. The battery, the inverter and the car charger all share the same supply and the same switchboard, so planning them together avoids the board being opened up three separate times, and it means the charger was sized against what the supply and the battery can actually deliver.

SolaX hybrid inverter and stacked home battery installed outdoors at a Coolum Beach home on the Sunshine Coast

Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast · November 2025

Battery backup by the beach

  • SolaX hybrid inverter
  • Stacked battery storage
  • Outdoor coastal install

This Coolum Beach home wanted what most coastal households ask us for: lower evening bills and power through an outage. We installed a SolaX hybrid inverter with stacked battery storage, mounted outdoors and wired ready for backup.

Outdoor coastal installs live or die on the details: enclosure rating, cable entries sealed against salt air, and isolators positioned so they survive the conditions. Everything here is installed to the SAA guidelines that rebate sign off requires.

Custom switchboard with solar, EPS battery backup and EV charger circuits installed by Nuvolt Electrical in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast

Woombye, Sunshine Coast · June 2026

The switchboard a modern energy system actually needs

  • Custom switchboard build
  • Solar, EPS backup and EV circuits
  • Every breaker labelled

This Woombye job shows what sits behind a proper home energy upgrade. We built a custom switchboard with dedicated circuits for solar, EPS battery backup and an EV charger, with every breaker clearly labelled.

Most homes adding a battery or EV charger need board work first, and doing it as one planned job costs less than two visits. The EPS (emergency power supply) side is what keeps the essentials running when the grid drops out, which is why those circuits are grouped and marked separately rather than mixed in with the rest.

North facing tilt frame solar array installed by Nuvolt Electrical on a low pitch roof in Robertson, Brisbane

    The finished array from above.

Robertson, Brisbane · April 2026

Tilt frames on a roof that faced the wrong way

  • North facing tilt frames
  • Low pitch metal roof
  • Brisbane southside

A low pitch roof will happily take panels, it just will not point them anywhere useful. North facing tilt frames lift the array to the angle it should have been at, on a roof that was never built for it.

Tilt frames add engineering that a flush mount does not: wind loading, fixing points into the right part of the sheet, and enough clearance underneath that the panels still shed heat. Getting that right is the difference between a tilted array and a sail.

Full length rooftop solar array installed by Nuvolt Electrical on a rural cane farm property in Fairymead, Bundaberg
  • Wide view of the Fairymead rural solar array running the full length of the shed roof, with cane paddocks beyond

The same roof, looking out over the paddocks.

Fairymead, Bundaberg · March 2025

A full length array on a working cane farm

  • Full length rooftop array
  • Working cane farm property
  • Wide Bay region

A long shed roof on a cane farm property is close to the ideal canvas for solar: uninterrupted runs, no shading, and a roof orientation you can actually plan around. We ran the array the full length of it.

Rural properties also tend to be the ones that need the power most, and the ones furthest from help when something goes wrong. That is why the install is set out the way it is, with runs and isolation points that can be worked on without dropping the whole array.

SolaX Triple Power home battery and hybrid inverter installed by Nuvolt Electrical in a Toogoom garage on the Fraser Coast

Toogoom, Fraser Coast · December 2025

Round the clock battery power on the Fraser Coast

  • SolaX hybrid inverter
  • Triple Power battery storage
  • Bollard protected and signed

Installed at Toogoom on the Fraser Coast, this SolaX hybrid inverter with Triple Power battery storage runs the home on stored solar around the clock. Bollards and full safety signage went in with it, because a garage battery has to survive being lived around.

It is also proof of how we work: callouts and safety checks stay close to our Nambour base, but for full solar and battery installs we travel, from the Sunshine Coast up to the Fraser Coast. Distance does not change the standard of the install.

Commercial site, Queensland

The industrial work behind the domestic work

  • Galvanised ladder and tray
  • Bulk storage silos
  • Elevated work platform

Galvanised cable ladder and tray feeding bulk storage silos, run off an elevated work platform. Not a house, but it is the background that a home install quietly benefits from.

Heavy industrial work sets the habits: everything labelled, everything supported properly, and cable runs planned before anyone starts pulling. That is the same standard that turns up in a garage switchboard, and it is why our commercial and residential jobs look like they were done by the same people.
