How our free estimates work

We work out your estimate from the details, photos and power bill you send us, and get it back to you within 1 business day of receiving them. Photos are the minimum we need: without them we would only be guessing, so we can't give you an estimate. If you can't send photos, book one of our paid visits below instead. We don't come out to estimate, which is how we keep it free. Before anything is ordered we confirm it from your photos. If something can't be confirmed that way, we'll explain why, and a paid visit may be needed: a $299 design visit for solar and batteries, credited back in full if you go ahead within 30 days of the visit, or a visit at our standard call-out rate for other electrical work. If anything changes the price, you get the new figure in writing and you decide from there.
