Power for Sheds, Kitchens & Car Parks
Three-phase supply is the request we hear most from workshops at Kunda Park and Caloundra West, commercial kitchens and anyone putting in a 22kW EV charger. Where the street already has three phase we run the sub-mains, the board and the circuits; where it does not, we handle the supply application with Energex and the metering that goes with it.

Which parts of the Sunshine Coast do you cover for commercial work?
The whole Coast, from our workshop in Nambour and our second base in the new Aura precinct at Caloundra South. Fit-outs and maintenance work concentrate around Maroochydore, Kunda Park, Kawana, Caloundra, Nambour, Noosa and Eumundi, and we run the Bruce Highway to Caboolture and the northern Brisbane industrial areas for booked project work.
How does a commercial job start? Do you quote from photos or come out?
Either. For a single circuit, a charger or a switchboard change, photos of the board and the space are often enough for a fixed price. For a fit-out or anything with more than one trade involved, book a $99 site inspection: we walk the site with you, and you get a written quote the same day, with the $99 credited back if the job goes ahead.
Can you work around our trading hours so we don't have to close?
Yes. We scope the work around your trading hours and plan any power shutdowns in advance, so your business keeps running while we work. For retail, hospitality and offices that means after-hours or staged work where it suits, agreed with you before we start.
Do you do three-phase power for sheds, workshops and kitchens?
Yes. Three-phase circuits, isolators and machine connections, sub-boards and the supply application with Energex where the site does not have three phase yet. It is the most common request we get from sheds at Kunda Park and Caloundra West and from commercial kitchens.
Can you install EV chargers for a business?
Yes. Single and three-phase chargers for staff and customer parking, with networked, OCPP-compatible units that support access control and usage reporting where you need them. We also install a charger you have already bought, on its own protected circuit.
